General Meeting: April 24th

Lowen'83 will be holding a General Meeting on Wednesday, April 24th, at Crestmoor Soccer Fields. The meeting will be held at the bleachers area in the lower field and will start promptly at 6:30 PM. All Coaches, Managers, and Parents are encouraged to attend as we will be discussing our updated Coach, Parent & Player Code of Conduct, Fundraising Events, and Player Tryouts.

Lowen'83 Soccer Club is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing a competitive soccer experience for the committed player who strives to develop skills to their highest capability, works towards maximizing their athletic potential, and wants to be part of a thriving community-based organization.

Player Tryouts: May 2-3 and 9-10

The Lowen Soccer Club will hold tryouts for ages U9 - U15 for the 2013 Spring season. The tryouts are broken down by gender and age group, please register your child on the website and bring a signed registration form to the tryout. We will conduct the tryouts at Crestmoor Fields, 200 Courtland Drive, San Bruno, CA 94066. Boys Tryouts will be held May 2-3, and Girls Tryouts will be held May 9-10. 2013 Poppy Jasper Cup

Six Lowen'83 Soccer Club teams competed in the 2013 Poppy Jasper Cup soccer tournament in Morgan Hill. Two club teams came home with First Place trophies, one with Second Place, and another with Third Place. Congrats to each team for a terrific showing, keep up the great work!

U13 Girls - Lavender: Nightmare, 3rd Place (1-0, 0-2, 1-4)
U12 Girls - Bruneau: Rumble, 2nd Place (4-0, 1-0, 1-2, 0-1)
U11 Girls - Kambaba: Hurricanes (0-1, 2-1, 0-2)
U09 Girls - Cameo: Venom, Champion (4-1, 3-0, 2-1, 2-1)
U13 Boys - Royal Sahara: Earthquakes, Champion (4-0, 10-3, 5-2)
U09 Boys - Zebra: Ravens (0-3, 4-3, 1-4)

14th Annual Diablo Cup
Congrats to the Lowen'83 Dynamite, who in their first tournament playing as members of Lowen'83 Soccer Club, took home First Place in the Diablo Cup, a "NorCal Premier League" tournament for premier, gold and silver teams.

U15 Girls - Gold: Dynamite, Champion (5-2 vs Benicia Arsenal, 2-2 vs Pleasanton Rage Orange, 2-1 vs Diablo FC of Concord.

2013 CYSA U12-U13 State Cup
Congrats to the Lowen'83 Aftershocks for a solid performance in the semi-final rounds for the CYSA State Cup in Elk Grove.

2013 Il Torneo dei Presidenti
Five Lowen'83 Soccer Club teams competed in the 2013 Juventus Il Torneo dei Presidenti soccer tournament in Redwood City over President's Day weekend. Congrats to each team for a terrific showing, keep up the great work!
